Mr. Boswell began his career as a real estate broker in 1964. He grew his Arlington business to 5 offices by the end of the 1970s. He has always been hard working and innovative. In the early 80s, he realized a high demand from investors for professional property management. Thus, Herman Boswell Property Management was born.

By 1984 Herman had many investors who were in need of a full property management company to professionally manage their properties. Thus was birthed the Herman Boswell Property Management division of his companies.

Today, the company has a portfolio of nearly 900 properties throughout the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. The success of the company is attributed to well-established leasing guidelines. As a result, we boast a very low rate of evictions and vacancies.
