Becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2002, I quickly found my passion for Property Management. Investment sales and leasing became my focus as I moved into single-family home management. I obtained my Real Estate Broker license in 2009 as I continued to manage investment portfolios.
Being introduced to multi-family management in 2012, I began managing apartment communities. Increasing revenue and occupancy, while decreasing delinquency became a daily focus along side resident retention through satisfaction. It was not easy, but I loved it. After 14 years as a multi-family Property Manager, I decided to venture back into investment portfolio management, joining the HBPM team.
